October 7-9, 2026 | Yarmouk University, Jordan

The Organizing Committee of ICSIE 2026 welcomes researchers, academics, engineers, industry professionals, and students to submit original and high-quality research papers for presentation and publication through the conference.

Please carefully read the following instructions before preparing and submitting your manuscript.

1. Publication and Indexing

All papers that are accepted, registered, and presented at ICSIE 2026 will be published in:

IEEE Xplore Digital Library

IEEE Xplore publications are indexed by major international databases, including Scopus. Accordingly, all accepted and presented papers published in IEEE Xplore are indexed in Scopus.

Authors are encouraged to submit original and unpublished research contributions related to any of the 12 conference themes and tracks.

2. Paper Template and Formatting Requirements

All manuscripts must be prepared using the official IEEE Conference Paper Template.

Authors can download the Microsoft Word template provided by the conference and must strictly follow the formatting requirements specified by IEEE.

  • Font type and font size.
  • Main headings and subheadings.
  • Figure and table numbering.
  • Equation formatting.
  • Reference and citation style.
  • Author and affiliation formatting.

Authors must use the official IEEE template without modification. Papers that do not comply with the IEEE format and template requirements may be returned for correction before entering the review process.

Only papers prepared according to the official IEEE format will be considered for publication.

3. Paper Submission through EDAS

All papers must be submitted electronically through the conference submission system.

By selecting the Submission menu on the conference website, authors will be redirected automatically to the EDAS Conference Management System.

EDAS is used for:

  • Initial paper submission.
  • Managing the peer-review process.
  • Communication with reviewers.
  • Uploading revised versions.
  • Viewing reviewer comments.
  • Receiving acceptance or rejection notifications.
  • Conference registration.
  • Registration fee payment.
  • Copyright form submission.
  • Final manuscript submission.

No paper submissions will be accepted by email.

4. Revision and Final Paper Submission

Authors are required to carefully review all comments and recommendations provided by reviewers through the EDAS system.

Any requested corrections, revisions, or modifications must be completed before the final submission deadline.

After completing all revisions, authors must convert the final manuscript from Microsoft Word format into PDF format before uploading the final version to EDAS.

Conference Code ID: 68770

Use this link to convert your paper to PDF via IEEE: https://ieee-pdf-express.org

Failure to address reviewer comments may result in rejection of the paper.

5. IEEE PDF eXpress Validation

Before submitting the final PDF version, authors are strongly encouraged to use the IEEE PDF eXpress system to verify that their paper complies with IEEE publication requirements.

Conference ID: 68770

PDF eXpress Website: ieee-pdf-express.org

The process is straightforward:

  • Create or log into your PDF eXpress account.
  • Enter the Conference ID: 68770.
  • Upload your Microsoft Word manuscript.
  • The system will automatically generate an IEEE-compliant PDF file.
  • If formatting or compatibility issues are detected, the system will provide a report indicating the required corrections.

Once the IEEE-compliant PDF file has been generated, authors should upload the approved PDF version to EDAS as their final manuscript.

This service is provided free of charge by IEEE.
